Parenting for a new paradigm is needed now more than ever.

We are in need of generations who are capable of feeling deeply and thinking creatively. I truly believe that Aware Parenting—a style of parenting founded by Aletha Solter, Ph.D.—has the capacity to make the world a better place by honouring secure attachment, the innate wisdom of our bodies to heal from stress and trauma, and discipline without punishments or rewards.

As parents and caregivers, we are changemakers.

I hope to contribute to creating a new paradigm where people understand that babies and children have feelings and deserve to be listened to, treated respectfully, and never left alone to cry. I believe that Aware Parenting can contribute to raising children who are given the opportunity to flourish—physically, mentally and emotionally.

Start your journey here with a non-judgmental space to be seen, heard and to share your parenting concerns and challenges. After understanding you and your family’s needs, I’ll provide guidance from an Aware Parenting perspective, a style of parenting that focuses on nurturing secure attachment, discipline without punishments and rewards, and the prevention and healing of stress and trauma.

*I also offer consultations on a Pay What You Can Afford basis. Email me with what would you reasonably be able to pay per session, and we’ll go from there.

I provide workshops to support parents and caregivers with understanding children and nurturing the child-caregiver relationships from an Aware Parenting perspective. I’m available for speaking events and in-person workshops in Eindhoven, The Netherlands or online.
