Kinesiology is a collaborative way of exploring physical, mental, emotional and energetic stresses, so you can find balance and ease again. The approach draws from Chinese meridian theory, subtle energy systems, and physiology not to diagnose or “fix,” but to understand how stress may be influencing your well-being. At its heart, sessions nurture your connection to yourself, clarity and calm. Sessions are available in-person in Eindhoven and online via Zoom.

Hello. i’m lia.
I’m fascinated with what helps humans flourish—individually and collectively. I’m a neuroenergetic kinesiologist and former professional ballroom dancer. Alongside my kinesiology practice, I have over 15 years experience in digital communications and brand strategy for hospitality and wellness brands.
I’m originally from Hong Kong, have lived in New York City for 15 years, and now reside in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, where I’m the co-founder of a primary school—Natural Learning Center—that values learning with intrinsic motivation, while supporting emotional well-being.
